The contest is open to all users on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
– You can participate on Twitter and Instagram by uploading your clicks of Goa with a mention to us at @photokatha , @Tourismgoa and the hashtag #ShadesOfGoa

– Multiple entries accepted by a person
– Group entries not allowed
– Anyone found to use multiple accounts to enter the contest will be ineligible
– Image should be submitted as jpg, gif and png
– You must be the sole author and owner of the copyright of all image entered
– Source material or proof of permission to use must be made available on request by Photokatha and Goa Tourism
– Photokatha and Goa Tourism does not accept any liability for the publication of unlawfully reproduced images
– Computer-generated or computer-altered images will not be accepted. Artwork and illustrations will not be accepted
– Photokatha and Goa Tourism takes no responsibility for corrupted or late entries
– By entering your image, you grant to Photokatha and Goa Tourism the non-exclusive right to reproduce it for any purpose at any time in any media with attribution
– The winners consent to the use of their image, name and/or photograph in any publicity carried out by Photokatha and Goa Tourism, without further compensation
– Best photos, according to Photokatha and Goa Tourism, will be used on the official social media channels of Photokatha and Goa Tourism and the subsequent newsletter with attribution
– By participating in this contest, you accept these terms and conditions and are bound by the rules and therefore eligible for entry into this contest
– Every week, one image across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram will be chosen as the winner, based Goa Tourism’s choice
– Winners will be announced at the end of the every week and will be available on the Facebook contest tab of Goa Tourism.
– There will be no notification to participants of rejected entries
– Photokatha and Goa Tourism reserves the right to reject any entry which he/she does not feel is suitable or appropriate or which does not confirm to any of the conditions listed above
– Specific details of the competition mechanism and the exact tasks will be announced on the Photokatha and Goa Tourism channels periodically
– The winner will need to revert to confirmation email within 3 working days or another winner will be chosen
– Employees (and members of immediate family) of Photokatha and Goa Tourism, its affiliates and their respective agencies are ineligible for this promotion
– This contest is in no way associated with or sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. All information in this contest is collected by Photokatha Goa Tourism and not Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Prizes: Two winners- ( couple vouchers) would be declared.
